I had a 60 minute lemon grass exfoliation massage with Stephanie and absolutely loved it.

I felt so relaxed and my skin felt amazing after!

I recently injured my lower back and was in severe pain for 3 weeks. With no health insurance I paid for chiropractic out of pocket but it wasn't helping. The owner Sue suggested I try working with one of her massage therapists. I was reluctant at first due to issues with "personal space," but was in so much pain I felt I had nothing to lose. I have to say, I am totally impressed! She loosened muscles up that I didn't know were tight and significantly reduced swelling in my back. Within a day of my session one of three vertebrae that were out popped back in due to the reduced swelling. I have seen a DRAMATIC improvement ever since and feel SO MUCH BETTER!! I cannot thank Sue and her staff enough and will recommend Spa BenMarNicos to anyone who asks. They have a beautiful facility and a wonderful staff!

I had a facial and a scalp treatment done by Miriah here, and it was the most relaxing thing I've ever had done.

I actually fell asleep right near the end.
